have requested 3 times during chat conversations over the last 2 weeks for an ebay system technician to fix this problem. I cannot open the items I have purchased to view the pictures or details. When I attempt to open the item from the main "purchases" page instead of the item opening into full view, with all the pictures and description as if I never bought it, it opens to a page that I can only see the top picture and very limited top description. When I click on the item again to open all the pictures and the description it sends me to a second page that has a link to "see item details". When I click that link it goes back to the top view page and very limited top description. In other words the item never really opens. I can't read about what I've bought or see the pictures of what I have bought. My only options listed are "buy another" "leave feedback", "track package" or "other options". I've been an ebay customer for 16 years. This same problem happened once before and ebay fixed it. I cannot use ebay if I can't see what I have bought after I bought it. I need to of course be able to review the items. I need to have a programming technician look at the problem. Apparently the regular telephone support cannot fix it. I'm using an android phone. Always have accesed ebay by android phone and it's the same phone for years. Nothing has changed on my part. I've gotten no feedback at all from ebay. I've asked agents for a trouble tickets to be given to tech support. I don't use other devices to access ebay. Please fix this problem as I will have to be severely limiting my purchases until then. As it stands now, if I receive an item that is not as pictured or described I cannot even review the pictures to know if I made an error in judgement or did the seller omit information. At the present time, I can't even tell when the items I buy are supposed to be delivered per the original ad.

Are you using the eBay app? If so, make sure it is the latest version (6.126.0.1).
Tapping the item title from the Purchases screen should show you the order details. From there, tap the item title again. On that screen, if the listing is not too old and has not been removed, you should have an option to "See original listing". That screen should have a link to the full description.
If that is not working, try using a browser in desktop mode. If browser links open in the app automatically, you may have to disable that in your device settings.
