Cannot make counter offers

Is anyone else having this problem with the latest iPhone update? All of a sudden with my eBay I cannot make counter offers. I can get pretty much anywhere within the app until it’s time to make a counter offer and then eBay  freezes and I have to delete it from my iPhone and re-add it again to do anything else. Anyone else having this problem? Thank you

If this is a problem with the eBay app specifically, you may want to post this on the eBay iOS app board:

Make sure you are using the latest version of the eBay app for your particular operating system. Try deleting the eBay app, restarting your device and then installing the latest version. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.

In the mean time, try using a browser to make counter offers.
