Cannot leave feedback anymore

As of yesterday I was not allowed to leave feedback to buyers after the item delivered.

When and why did this change?

It sounds like a glitch. Sellers should be able to leave (only positive) feedback either after payment or if you choose, after delivery or after the buyer leaves it for you.

What happens when you try to leave feedback? Any error message?

Any difference if you try a different browser (or the eBay app)?

Or a different feedback link on another page, such as your feedback page?

Sometimes if a feature does not work on ebay.com, I try to use the feature on ebay.ca instead, but I do not know if that works for a seller leaving feedback for a buyer.
