Just trying to initiate the return of a product, but after I select the item and fill in the details of the 'Request a return' screen I get an access denied error (attached).
I'm unsure of whether here's the best place to report this (is ebay watching?), but there appears to be no place in the 'contact us' section that relates to technical site issues - it's all billing, account, selling and buying related.
The error test reads:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com.au/rtn/Return/CreateReturn" on this server.
