Cannot change prices from 'active listings' page.

I get this error message when I try to change prices for many items on the 'active listings' page, so I cannot change those prices on this page.

*These items DO NOT have calculated shipping.

Can someone from eBay please get this issue fixed?? It started weeks ago when you started putting the 'median sold price' on the price change window that pops up.

$34 Ground Advantage for shipping from Colorado to Nevada for that Hytorc Set seems VERY high as well as seems 'calculated' and not a 'flat rate number' that you would have input??

Many other listings with 'weird' shipping numbers ($103 etc.) also seem like NOT numbers you would input as a 'flat' price (therefore also seems 'calculated'). 

Check your business policies?

I'm not seeing that error when revising any of my pricing through Seller Hub > Active.

I suggest following the lead in that error message and checking your shipping set up on the listing and shipping policies if you use policies.

As I said: there is no calculated shipping there. I have hundreds of listings WITH calculated shipping, and zero of them have this issue. I don't know what else there would be to check regarding the message.

Also no business policies.

Click the ? icon on the bottom right of the seller hub listings page.

Click the link to report a tech issue.

Include a link to this post so eBay can see your screenshot of the error, and include at least one item number example.

Those reports go to the product developers.

It's still good to post here as it helps others that may be experiencing the same - plus posting here means you can include screenshots or videos and include the link to your community post with the tech report.

But yeah - that ? icon on the website, or shaking phone to report on the app are great features that rolled out last year. Spread the word to other sellers. 😃
