I'm trying to contact the seller regarding a return on an item, but anything on the returns.ebay.com domain times out. I tried Down for Everyone or Just Me and apparently it's not just me, although the status page at https://www.ebay.com/sts says everything is in working order. So... which one is it, and how do I contact the seller?
