Cannot Remove or Edit Custom Q&A (Buyer FAQ)

On the "Customize how you communicate with buyers" page (https://www.ebay.com/cnt/ManageSellerFAQ), I cannot use the links to Remove or Edit any of my previously created questions and answers. Clicking them does nothing. I also noticed the link to create new questions behaves the same way. The only thing I can interact with on the page at all are the default Q & A with the checkboxes next to them.

I've tried Windows 10 with Edge and also Windows 11 with Firefox. Also cleared the cache. No difference.

Yep, it's a known bug going on 2 months now. Really frustrating. Click the ? icon on the bottom right of the page and choose the option to file a tech report @parts-n-pieces-usa .

Edit: Actually I remember the ? icon being missing from that page so you may have to do it from another page like seller hub or the home page.
