Cannot Pay with Paypal (Ebay Checkout problem)

Using ebay checkout I keep getting told there is a problem with Paypal and they want me to use another credit card. That ain't happening. I've used several different browsers and the same thing keeps happening. I'm beyond angry.

Come on ebay, why is this such a painful process to let you know there is a problem? And now that you know about it, please do something about it!! Or am I just talking to myself?

I've been trying to apply the PMAY4TH coupon for like the past hour with no luck

Now it is up again right after the coupon expired at 19:00 PST.  LOL

Same here.  No coupon allowed.  No PayPal accessible.  One minute after the promotion, everything was just fine.  Disappointing!

I'm waiting for EBay to tell me what to do.   I bought 14 items yesterday totalling over $300 from 11 dealers.  I was taking advantage of the 15% off sale they ran.  

Some of my payments to Paypal were refunded, but four payments are still not back in my account and show 'refund pending' at Paypal.  EBay emailed me and wants me to re-send the 11 payments through checkout, but the coupon won't work and the discount is gone.  I'm not interested in doing that, and I'm not interested in sending more money out of my Paypal until all the payments that left my account are returned first.

I spoke to Ebay customer service in "Utah" this morning and they had -0- solutions.  They suggested I should work with each seller individually on an amicable solution.
