Cancelled items not cancelled.

  Because an international seller was charging too much for shipping I had to cancel/return some items.  The seller offered returns within 14 days.  

  However, even though I have received an email from eBay telling me that the order was cancelled, the order is still in my purchase history and in my cart. 

  Of course, any attempt to rectify this issues has eBay making me run around in circles and telling me to contact the seller for a return, WHICH the seller has already cancelled the order. 

  When I try to place a second order with the seller, the invoice contains items that were cancelled and not reordered and when I try to pay the invoice, eBay insists that I pay for all of the orders, even the cancelled ones and all of the shipping costs as well. 


  I have looked all over and I cannot find a way to actually contact eBay and tell the "YOU'RE SITE'S NOT WORKING!!!!   FIX IT SO I CAN CHECKOUT FINALLY!!!!"
