I have been having the same exact problem for the past 24 hours; I can't save templates. Changing browsers does not affect the problem.  Nothing has changed on my computer. I've tried all the usual remedies clearing this and that, and restarting etc.  I have also tried other computers.  It is obviously an Ebay problem  I hope Ebay is working to repair this software glitch.

Same problem. We're a new seller and can't get started because after inputting all the template info and clicking "Save," it just goes to a never-ending spinning wheel and "Saving template..." message. Same problem even in different browsers.

What gives, eBay?

Same issue here, unable to save/update a template, just started.  Browser does not matter.

Same here. From what I can tell. If you add custom HTML it's not saving.
