I heard on the news that a major server (can't remember which one) has been having trouble and crashing numerous big time sites. Try giving it some more time or delete and resubmit to see if that works?

@gasmilford I was informed by customer service that they are aware of this issue and the tech team is supposedly on it. The reps suggestion?.... Send the invoice through paypal or try again in 24 hours. They make us use managed payments and then tell us to use paypal. What??? Thank goodness my buyer without me having to file a UPI. Good Luck!
