Can't select Shipping options on Android App

I'm trying to list with my android,  but the shipping options have changed today.  I cannot select carrier or global shipping.  Says I have to create new listings on computer.  **bleep**

So I'm I, I can not put in the weight or dimensions of the package or the shipping services. 

I'm doing this on my Android phone also..... I first noticed it on July 28th .
