Can't revise listing

I've tried multiple times to revise a listing today (I was trying to change the shipping cost), and wasn't able to edit it at all.  I even logged out of my account and logged back in, and still not able to edit.  Anyone else experience this issue?

If you sent offers revising or editing will be blocked for up to 48 hours.
If it is an auction with bids, revising or editing a listing will be blocked up to the end of the auction.

Most if not all of your listing state shipping not specified. You need to specify shipping in order to make any sales, most buyers don't like surprise shipping costs.

You mentioned I need to specify shipping.  I do have shipping costs listed for all of my items.  Not sure what else I need to do?

I was helping another eBayer with something and had changed country from United States to some other place and forgot to change it back.
