Can't print a label

I've gone to print one label, should have been 1 minutes worth of time.  Have now spent the last 1/2 hour on this.  Have filled in the (expletive) new form correctly, but when I go to hit 'purchase and print' it is greyed out, and nothing happens.  Tried in both Chrome and Firefox.    eBay, WTH?  

Yes, I can go to paypal, but I shouldn't have to do this.  It was bad enough with the packing slip mess-up, with no useful information showing such as the buyer and seller address, but this?

I went to try again to print a label.  This time I see that the purchase and print button is not greyed out.  But as soon as I went to change the weight (parcel squeaked in just under the 3 pound limit, instead of in the 3-4 pound class I had estimated), the button greyed out.  The price change was effected, however; e.g., it was now showing me a lower shipping cost.  So I could pay 50 cents more than I have to just to be done with this annoyance and time sink, but ebay, this is a problem you need to fix!

I have managed to find a work around this glitch. 

I input my package dimensions and weight, I then click "carrier packaging" and again click back to "custom size." I am then greeted with the ability to purchase the shipping service of my choice. 

At least they didn't round up and bill all of our flat rates with imperfect measurements input again... 

And they wonder why no one would dare allow eBay to manage their payments...

Thank you so much, o.r.g. sales.  How you ever hit upon that combination, I do not know, but it works!  Really appreciate your help.  Now please, ebay coders, can you get on this and fix it????
