Anyone seen anything like this when trying to pay?

First sign off of eBay. Then, while still in the browser, press CTRL-Shift-Delete on your key board. (Command-Shift-Delete on MACs). Use the drop down options to clear your browsing data. Try again.

If you still have an issue...

Then contact PayPal to check your account there.

If PayPal confirms no issues with payment on the member's end, eBay's Customer Service team can look deeper into the issue. eBay Customer Service will be able to give you a definite answer when you experience these issues.

Note: Some members have reported that they have cleared these errors by deleting their saved payment info, ie Credit Card info. - https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/updating-billing-settings?id=4129

Also: If using the mobile app, make sure you are using the latest version of the app.

I was definitely eBay issue - I tried different accounts and different browsers on my computer with the same outcome. Some time later I tried again on my phone and the payment went through. So, in the end I don't know if the issue got resolved or was desktop-specific.

I'm having the same problem that won't let me pay. I tried it with paypal and then a credit card on my computer. Tried it on my cell phone also with the same results.

I'm having the same problem where it wont let me pay for a item in my store. I tried paying with pay pal and tried using a credit card and neither work. Even tried to pay on my cell phone and that didn't work either. This has to be a Ebay problem.

I had two item in my cart and tried paying for them and it wouldn't let me pay so I paid for both separately with buy it now and then I could pay for them. So it seems something is wrong if you send the items to your cart.
