Hello, when I am on the "Verify your existing information" page it just keeps popping "Something went wrong. Please try again later." Can you help me, please

Make sure you are using the correct ACH routing number of your checking account -- not necessarily the same number that is on your checks. Some banks have a separate number just for electronic payments.

Make sure your name and street address in your eBay account match the name and street address of your checking account exactly -- letter for letter.
