Can't contact ebay

Hello to everyone.

I sell on Ebay USA. Sometimes I have questions or problems. After clicking on the "help&contact" section above and choosing the appropriate options for me, I come to the sending email to ebay section. I've sent emails to ebay from here many times before, but haven't gotten a response from any of them. I was only able to receive a response to an e-mail I sent when I first started selling. Do I have a problem? (Unfortunately, I do not have the opportunity to make a phone call because I live in Turkey and do not know much English) I have to connect to ebay UK and have to explain my problem to the live chat there. But since my account is in the USA, sometimes they do not have the authority and cannot help. What would you recommend me to do? I couldn't find Ebay's email address. If I could find it, I would send it via gmail, not from the menus on ebay. Thanks in advance for the answers

eBay does not have a public email address in the US that I know of, and the call back option only works if you are in North America.

For general questions that do not involve account details, you may be able to ask on the discussion boards; there are many experienced users that can offer suggestions.

You can just pick a category that is somewhat relevant and it will eventually give you the option to have us call you. I just got off the phone with them after doing that.
