Can't access the label!

I can't access the shipping label. I get the link sent to my email, but as soon as I click on the link a message that says "

Something went wrong.

Sorry, an error occurred while loading the page. Please try again.

If you see this page again, please check you are using a supported browser version. See supported browsers." 

I always use Google Chrome which is a list supported web browser. Anyone know a solution? I have already delayed a day for the buyer!

  I presume you are trying to print a label?  Have you gone to ebay label page, as opposed to trying to use the link in the email?

I agree with @dhbookds   Why would you be clicking on the link in the email instead of going into your eBay account Seller Hub, and purchasing the label directly?  Are you on Managed Payments?  Do you use Seller Hub?  Even if the answer is no to those questions, I'd highly suggest going to the Order Details on your seller account on the eBay site to print the label.  If you use SH, hover over the "Orders" tab and click on unshipped orders.  In any event, do not delay shipping to your customer beyond your stated handling time.  If need be take the package to the post office or UPS, but ship on time.

The solution is simple.

Try again in 10 seconds, in 10 minutes, in 1 hour, in 2 hours. Usually goes away after the first 10 seconds.
