Hi there,
I'm trying to accept an offer I received from a seller but I get a message "There is an issue processing your request".
Why is it doing this and what can I do?
Edit: The seller is still in Ebay, the item is not sold (more than 10 available).

Does the listing state they ship to your country? I'm not sure if that's the issue, but if offers are sent out to watchers by a seller, it might not exclude through the offer the exclusions in the listing.
I purchased through an offer sent out when I couldn't purchase the item without the offer sent due to a seller having a "1 item every 10 days" block/setting. I was surprised the offer bypassed a seller's settings, so this is why I ask if what you are encountering is also a possibility, with listings requirements/offer settings not "matching". Hope that made sense!

Seller is in UK, delivery address too. Listing is active and shows me that there are 10 + available.
Unfortunately I can't contact with seller.
"Decline offer " button working correctly (tested with other offer), but "Accept offer" doesn't seem to work properly IMO.

Is your UK shipping address set as your primary address?
What happens when you try to contact the seller?
