Someone purchased an item and I can't purchase the shipping label. It says, Technical Difficulties, Please Try Again Later and has a triangle with an exclamation point in it.

disregard. I figured it out. I purchased the label from my laptop and it worked. so if mobile doesn't work try laptop/desktop.
