I have been trying to print shipping labels after buying them using Bulk Shipping, but I can't open them and all I get is an error. It has been going on for 2 weeks now, it did work on Tuesday and it worked great but since Wednesday it hasn't worked again. (I have to print them under Shipping labels, and doing that from Shipping Labels they print vertically and not horizontally and the labels are smaller than they are supposed to be.)
I tried different browsers, clearing the browser cache, and different computers but they all produce the same error in the exact same way.
To Reproduce:
From the Bulk Shipping->Buy Labels page, when I click on "Open" to open the label to print it, a page opens with the "It's Not You, It's Us" error. Sometimes the "It's Not You" page opens at the same time the Web brower's Print dialog comes up; if printed to paper or to a PDF the contents are blank.
Anyone having the same problem? Has eBay acknowledged this somewhere?
