I tried twice last night and again today. If my PP account is at $0, PP has always just taken the refund from the attached checking account, so I don't think that is the problem. Just in case, though, I transferred funds to my PP account and notified my buyer what is going on. Is anyone else having refund issues? I sent an email since we can't call right now.

Tho it was never announced that I know of..........PP will no longer "charge" a refund........you have to have the funds in paypal......
