Can't Change Shipping Options

I'm trying to list an item, it will be shipped by USPS Large Flat Rate Box. 

Except it's stuck on USPS Ground Advantage. It won't let me change it.

I can't offer free shipping...

I can't set a custom flat rate...

I can't change it to ANY other shipping option...

I can't even apply the recommendation...

I can't add a second option... even if I somehow get an option to change and it shows it's "sticking"... upon submitting the revised edit it's STILL USPS Ground Advantage.

I just tried to change the weight estimate as well and it doesn't reflect. So I can't even add the actual cost if I did USPS Ground.

Hey @ldfm54 . Happy to help you figure out what's going on.

Can you post a screenshot of the shipping section on the listing form? That will help me see which version of the listing form you're using and whether or not you have biz policies enabled.

I see you ended the listing, so hit 'sell similar' and take a screenshot of the draft. Don't publish yet.

Hi @wastingtime101 . So upon opening up my draft I noticed at the top something along the lines of business policy and it wouldn't let me use "all the tools".

I clicked the link it provided, taking me to the Seller Hub, and it seems like that fixed it.

Guess it's been awhile since I've sold something on here... thanks for the help!

I suspected that might be the problem @ldfm54 . A lot of people are opted in to biz policies without realizing it and the Quick listing tool is not compatible with biz policies so the seller will keep running into problems trying to set up shipping.

Switching to Seller Hub will bring up the Unified listing tool so you should be good to go. If you want a quick getting started guide for biz policies, check the biz policy link in my signature below.
