I keep getting this message when I try to login

Any idea when I can get back onto my Business account again

Are you signing in to ebay.com, or ebay.co.uk?
I see the same error when trying to sign in by username to ebay.co.uk at the moment using Firefox.
Try using a different browser such as Edge or Chrome, preferably the latest version with default settings and no add-ons. Or try a private or incognito browser window.
If you have a social media account already linked to your eBay account, try signing in using that method rather than username and password.

I can't log into my store because ebay thinks I am a bot. It is very frustrating and I am sure I am not the only one. Please.....fix this ebay. I am missing out on sales.

Make sure your browser is up-to-date and has JavaScript enabled (and not blocked):

In some cases, if you are using a bad link and getting stuck in a redirection loop, you can get that error message.
If the problem happens when trying to sign in, see if you can use a different link to sign in.

If you are using a mobile browser, try changing to a different browser mode: mobile, classic or desktop. Sometimes one page may not render properly in mobile or classic mode, and that may cause a redirection to a different mode, but the page may redirect back to the first page in a loop. Try a desktop browser or a mobile browser in desktop mode.
Or try signing in to your usual account using the eBay app. If you see that message while using the eBay app, it means eBay does not recognize your device's default browser; try changing it to Firefox.
