Can not get real help!!

I have tried uncounted times to get help. The ebay phone reps reps keep either hanging up or leaving me on hold for 30+mins or longer. I have not been able to use my system since wed.They initially said due to the storms give it until Thursday well it is now SATURDAY and still I can do nothing.I can not list,revise or print shipping slips. It tells me the system is down try again later. And for anything else it logs me out and says my pass word is wrong,when It is 100% correct!!

Evey rep goes over the same things,,over and over and over the same things.I'm tired of it!!! I have been having trouble for months with my stores.I have sent numerous emails and  called dozens of times.I am always told someone will be back in touch with me yet not once has one ebay rep every been in touch with me!! Not once!!!

 

I am paying for  system that is NOT working!! My comp is only 9 months old!! Yet I do not know what else to do!!I had a comp man check my cmp over.There is nothing wrong with it.   I lost an appeal with a buyer ripping me off due to Ebay reps not doing their jobs! And other reps admitted this!! They all claim they know what they are doing yet not one ever does!! I have never  run into this before and have no clue where to go with these problems?!!!    I requested to speak with someone in the US due to so many with such strong accents. I don't care if they have an accent,but if it so strong I have trouble understanding it and need to have them keep repeating themselves then that is a problem! I was put on hold and no one ever came back!!! That happened 3 x until the 4th time  a rep said they can not do that!! Really??!! So three reps reps lied to me!!

So I can never speak with anyone without  heavy accents?!!! And I can never speak with anyone inside the US? Or get my system to work?!!! I use Firefox.They said try Chrome.Nope.I should be able to use Firefox. They said-Try this,try that,no it didn't work.Everything and anything has been tried!!They tried everything on their end! Nothing has worked!! The reps all admit they are stumped and everyone tells me someone will get back to me yet no one ever does!! I'm tired of spending hours on the phone with ebay reps that don't don't know what to do yet pretend they do and keep repeating the same things a dozen times!!!  So where does that leave me??!!!  I can not do a damned thing!!! I am beyond frustrated!! Yet ironically ebay keeps charging me! I did get the email about my bill!!! So how fast would they close my store if I didn't pay my bill??!!!!

I've been an ebayer since 1999, but in the last month, I've had my account locked 3 times.  The last time, I called customer support twice, each time I was told I need to speak to someone in the "buyers department", then i get put on hold for 2 hours and the call automatically terminates after 2 hours of hold music.
 
I'm hoping someone can help me get my account unlocked.

It might be helpful if you could describe exactly what problem you are having -- what pages you are viewing or links you are using, and what error messages you are receiving. You are conveying your frustration without actually explaining what is going on other than that you apparently cannot list, revise or print packing slips (or labels?) and you are having trouble staying signed in.

 

Customer service reps are not IT experts, and cannot help much with individual troubleshooting other than to make basic suggestions from scripts that they read.

 

Some general suggestions for users experiencing problems:

 

Make sure you are going to ebay.com and following links from there, rather than relying on old bookmarks which may be outdated. Try using the Site Map link at the bottom of the page for links to most pages.

 

Try another browser to rule out browser issues, possibly by installing a new one you have never used before. If you are using Firefox, try disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection on eBay using the shield icon to the left of the page address. Try temporarily disabling ad blockers or script blockers. Make sure you have a recent browser version that is up to date.

Try another computer or device to rule out computer issues, if possible. Check to see if your system is waiting to install any updates.

 

Try another network to rule out network issues, such as using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual WiFi. If you are using a VPN or custom firewall, try disabling that. Some UK customers have recently had problems with Service Providers' Child Safe settings preventing eBay formatting from loading properly.

It might be helpful if you go back and re-read what I wrote,because half of what you asked about was originally there.

1-I stated I tried another browser that did not work.

2-I stated I could not list,revise or print out shipping slips meaning labels,etc.

3-I stated it logs me out Then claims my password is wrong when it is 100% correct.Ebay checked this and also changed my password.That did not work.It still said passwork was not correct.

4-I also stated everything has been tried by reps and they could not fix it and stated someone meaning specialists were to call me back yet none ever did.

 

I have been over every single one of those issues you stated with every single rep when I call- who all insist on going over everything every single time I call before they will even transfer me to the IT dept.And yes I have dealt with IT dept they are the ones who admitted they did not know what is wrong and would have someone more experienced and specialized call me back,but that never happens not once!! I have spent hours on the phone with so many reps in different depts I have lost count.I do recall from them telling me to try so many times to download the shipping labels one counted them. Nineteen times!!  I tried 19 x and I still can't download the shipping label to return these items that arrived damaged or ship my sold items that I could have shipped today!

 

Everything you suggested has been done numerous times.Did I think anyone here could help? No I was asking for ebay connections help, not help with my computer. It is NOT my computer I already know that and so does ebay.I also stated ebay said they did not know what the problem is,but were not getting back when they promised to multiple times.

 

I have no other issues with any other programs or aps on my computer.It is solely ebay.As stated I had my computer checked out.There is nothing wrong and everything is up to date and updated when needed to be.I am notified when it is updated.

I need ebay to contact me as they constantly claim they are going to. I have spoken to reps in the IT dept in Ireland,Columbia,The UK and elsewhere in South America.I've lost count,but every single one told me some one more experienced and specialized would call me either later that day or the next.Not one call has ever come,nor one reply to my numerous emails,but I get an email after every phone call asking how did they do? It does no good explaining my problem was not resolved, so I no longer fill them out.

Sorry you are having such problems. And at the risk of irking you any more, I feel compelled to tell you that eBay customer service or IT reps aren't here. We're just members like you who might have experienced the same problems that you're experiencing.

I know this is not ebay or the IT dept and your just members I acknowledged that. I was asking how to get to ebay?  How to get ebay to respond?

 

No one knows how to get ebay to respond when you have tried every avenue?? I have tried all the ways ebay says how to reach them. Through FB, emails, and the phones system a few dozen times. They even claimed they put numerous reports in.How can numerous reports go in yet nothing be done ?  Yet no one has any answers anywhere I go and people are surprised and annoyed, because I'm annoyed when I've spent literally days wasting my time trying to get ebay to do their job so I can do mine and have been ignored with empty promises yet still being billed. I'd like to see how irked anyone else would be in my situation after this long.This has been going on for months.It just got worse last week and froze my system up so I can no longer work now.
