Can not adjust payment methods

Stuck  listing some items as pay on pickup / money order will not let me select eBay payment methods..must be glitch & some of my old listings after the change will not let change them ..

Are you using the eBay app? If so, you may have to set up some of your default business policies using a desktop browser first.
