I have had two buyers send me an Email stating they cannot request a combined Invoice from their cart for combined shipping. Both stated they have been having this problem with ALL purchases on Ebay, not just mine, for the last 4 days. I called Ebay and was lucky enough to get a person on the phone today that told me Ebay is aware of the problem and this has been occurring for the last 4 days. How does he know this has been occurring for the last 4 days? Because he turned in a report to Ebay 4 days ago when the calls started coming in. He said that about 1/3 of the calls on his shift foe the last 4 days have been about this problem and it is affecting ALL Buyers.
So, Buyers have been unable to request a combined Invoice through Ebay for the last 4 days. This is ALL Buyers purchasing on Ebay. I received a call form the Sales Team about 10 minutes after I was finished with the Customer Service rep. and she told me that they are aware of this problem, it is a glitch in the Ebay system, and that she would look into it and get back to me.
So, for 4 days, I wonder how much in sales I have lost and will never recover? I wonder all over the world what sales have been lost because of this?
This what we pay are fees for - Lousy, **bleep**, code writing and glitches that never get fixed by people who cannot write code properly with even worse supervision.
If someone has the ear of one of the higher-ups at Ebay, would please ask them to take their finger out of where the sun-don't-shine and get someone to fix the issues on their site? Wait till the Managed Payments takes over in July, this is going to be one hell of a ride.

I have been having the same issue. But it's been going on for a lot longer than 5 days. I don't understand why there are so many glitches ALL the time. One day last week it was photo issues for me.. a few days in the past 7 days I get the "it's not you it's me" error message. All these other platforms that have been around for a time far less than ebay seem to not have all these glitches. It's hard to know what goes on behind the scenes. Some transparency from the tech side of ebay would be awesome. It seems like at least once a week some kind of glitchy drama happens with some aspect of ebay and they act like it's their first day at the rodeo. Lack of innovation and the drive to fix these bugs seems to be what's making sellers look at other options for selling. Lack of transparency which seems to be a big one when it comes to tech issues in my opinion speaks volumes about the level of integrity at the "top" of the ebay ladder. Hopefully they will someday prove me wrong but I'm not holding my breath. When we miss out on sales, ebay misses out on revenue. I would think that ANY issues that take away the chances for multiple sales would be a priority to resolve, rectify, and communicate that hey this was going on...now it's fixed. Maybe?
