I had a buyer purchase readers & they needed to email which strength needed after purchasing. The ebay email was written BACKWARDS. I thought it was in a foreign language at first, but then realized the message came out backwards (you can read it perfectly looking through a mirror). So I was about to ship it out when the person asked to cancel. Thought it was odd but I accepted the cancellation request & refunded their payment. Then I received a message saying when they emailed the strength the message was backwards so they wanted to cancel because they didn't want the wrong strength. This technical issue obviously cost me a sale.
