Buyer Cannot Buy Item - Reverts Back To Opening Screen

Buyer is trying to purchase an item, but whenever they click on the drop down menu in the listing to select a color, the listing reverts to the "Buy With Confidence, You've Bought From This Seller Before" screen.  They are getting frustrated.  The item # is 353478634686.  Any suggestions for the buyer?  They appear to be using the eBay app on their phone.
