Bulk Shipping Error Popping Up For All Label Printing 10/11/2021

In attempting to generate bulk shipping labels, every batch throws the Bulk Shipping Label Error when clicking to Purchase the labels.  Is this a broad outage and is there an ETA for a fix?

Yes, there is glitz on eBay bulk shipping app. They are aware of that.

I contacted them today and they said that a lot of sellers are experiencing the same issue on 11 April 2022.
