Hi all, I used to be able to use the bulk edit tool no problem. Now when I check the items I want to edit and then the Edit button, it just goes to My eBay Activity tab / Summary and the table doesn't load. Does anyone know how to get that table to load? Much appreciated!
Enter Seller Hub at https://ebay.com/sh From there hit lets go. Than hover over Listings Tab Click Active on dropdown menu. Than Tick the checkboxes located next to the Listings you need to bulk edit. Hover over Edit and Click Edit Selected. This gets one back into Bulk Editor.
Appreciate the work around and it looked promising that this would work! I got in the hub, selected the items, then hit "edit those 4 items", it loaded the tool, but didn't carry any of the items into the tool/table :-/. Any additional thoughts?
Try logging out of ebay and than back in and try once more. I know that Ebay is updating alot right now lots of people are getting caught inbetween the classic ebay view and the new seller hub I believe. If it still fails try to have support contact you and if it seems as though the rep doesn't know just have them call you back till you get someone that has a better idea. Best of luck!!!
Thanks, yeah, I've done that... logging in/out trying again. I've talked to a few reps and they're saying it's a "known issue" and should be fixed soon... Oy...
