I called early yesterday and reported that bulk listing through the seller hub was not working. I was told it was a know problem and would be fixed before the end of the day. That was yesterday. When is eBay going to get it fixed?
Check to make sure you have a valid payment method for paying your seller fees. If possible add a credit card as a payment method or backup payment method.
Several users have indicated that adding a credit card enabled bulk relisting once again.
