There is a bug when messaging about an existing order placed through a multi-listing. At the top of the message, it shows the price for whatever the lowest price item is in the multi-listing. It should instead show the price of the item that was actually purchased.
So if a multilisting has items ranging from $100 to $200, and a customer buys an item for say $150, when you start a conversation about the order it will say $100 at the top. This could be very confusing for buyers.
I reported this bug to ebay through the messaging feedback but thought I'd post it here too.
