Thanks! Now, if I wasn't terrified of locking up my computer while attempting to do this,,,,,,,sigh....

Chrome 77 apparently does not have the same issue as far as I can tell.
Currently it is only available for download from the Chromium Beta channel, I believe:
https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel
This will install Chrome 77 as a separate program so it will not overwrite or interfere with your current Chrome browser:
https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/beta.html?platform=win64
Presumably the standard Chrome version 76 will auto-update to version 77 at some point.

There are other Chrome Version 76 iframe height and/or zoom level reports.

https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/12696256?hl=en
I've posted some debugging info that hopefully gets to the right developers.
One clue is that if the iframe height is changed to 4096 or less then the black box goes away. Also, it's only an issue at zoom level 100% or more.
These are not things sellers are likely to be able to fix, so it will need to be patched by Chrome developers.

Also, this seems to only be in issue with "long" description sections (related to the HTML iframe height over 4096, which I posted above).
If you trim down the height of the description by lowering the font size, removing text, etc then it may make the description short enough to work around the Chrome 76 issue.
For instance, I changed eBay's forced/default font tag size from 4 to 3
<font rwr="1" size="3" style="font-family:Arial">
and that made my listing work in zoom level 100%, but it still shows a black box on zoom level 110%+.
Example https://www.ebay.com/itm/173416017179
So, this is only a path to a temporary workaround and not a guarantee because the size of your description may very based on a huge # of factors.

I can see your stuff in Firefox but not in Chrome........from an experiment, if you decrease the size (view %) of the long listing in chrome, chrome will show all the listing........ So it does have something to do with how Chrome reads the length (size) of the listing and since SSourcebook controls that.....I would think you would need to call them......

For those who didn't read the earlier posts, this is an issue in Google Chrome version 76.
It has been reported to the Chrome community. It appears to be fixed in Chrome 77 beta.
https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/12696256?hl=en
The issue is related to the height of an iframe that eBay renders the listing descriptions within.
The only workaround for a seller is to shorten the size of the description. For instance, removing text, consolidating text onto the same line, using a smaller font size. For many cases this may not be practical, but if you can shorten the height of the listing description inside the browser then it may help avoid the issue until Chrome 76, which seems to fix the issue, is pushed out to the general public. You'll want to test at a zoom level of 100%, since that will be the most common zoom level for the average Chrome user.

Good find @jimallella ! Specifically, users with Google Chrome Version 76.0.3809.100 on Windows will see some issues with web pages that have long long iframes and unclosed HTML tags (and some eBay vehicles listings fit this criteria). Upgrading your version of Google Chrome in Windows to the latest version should fix the problem.
