Below is what I've been seeing since last Friday on my Listing Drafts page. It goes on and on with many links overlaid on each other. Sometimes, I'm lucky enough to click a link that actually takes me to the listing I want. Does anyone know how to fix it? I know I can just start over. I waited a few days thinking it might get sorted out, but no joy. Or a link to report tech issues would be helpful as well. TY!

The sort of thing you have pictured -- lots of unformatted, left-justified text, and a few large arrow icons -- is generally a sign that style sheets are not loading for the page.
In some cases, a page refresh (or shift-refresh) may be enough to get the page loading properly again. But if the problem occurs on multiple pages or happens again, it might be worth clearing your browser cache and possibly deleting eBay cookies manually.
Often that happens when eBay updates a page, and the new page is in conflict with data stored in the cache or cookie; so deleting the cache or cookie allows the page to load cleanly.
