Bids/Offers will not load

For two days now all I get on my Bids/Offers listing is an error message (below.)  Why?

"Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later."

on mobile device? pc?  what browser are you using?......be sure it's up to date.....

Try clearing cache......that does work for some things.......

Thanks for the reply.  I didn't think it necessary to go into details on my PC because if it doesn't work it doesn't work.  That is (if I may ask a dumb question) if there's an error message from eBay, doesn't that kinda-sorta say the issue is at eBay?  But, to answer the questions...

I have an old HP desktop PC running Win-10.  Everything is up to date, as far as I know, as I often check for updates manually just to make sure (sprocket icon, "Updates & Security").  I use Chrome, but I did try Explorer for that same link, and got the same error.  I clear the Chrome browsing data weekly (I'm a bit OCD).

If you are getting the same "couldn't complete your request" error in more than one browser, then the problem is likely on eBay's end.

Sometimes it is possible to find an alternative link that will provide the same information as a temporary workaround, but the Bids and Offers page is somewhat unique. All the possible alternatives I have found are based on the same underlying page and are unlikely to work any better for you:

Thanks for the reply.  Yes, the Canadian eBay site works OK for the Bids/Offers webpage.  I've been using the Summary page for displaying my Bids, but that page takes a long time to load, likely because it has so much more data to display.

My post was more of an "FYI eBay" thread than looking for a solution.  Plus, I assumed that other users perhaps had the same issue.

Here we are a week later, and this issue still isn't fixed.  Am I the only one on eBay who has this Bids/Offers webpage **bleep**?  I also often see my Watch List eBay webpage essentially go blank replaced by a message saying something about "to see your selling..." which is useless to me because I haven't sold on eBay in well over five years.  I appreciate updates for the sake of continuous improvement, but please test them thoroughly first.  Thank you in advance to the eBay Techies for fixing these issues.

This is a user to user forum. The eBay techies likely haven't even seen this, and even if they did see it, if fixed at all (if actually not a user/account/browser issue) might take months to reach the top of the todo list.

This afternoon, just before 3:00 PM-EDT, this two-week-old issue was magically resolved.  I can now see my Bids/Offers on that webpage of the same name.

Thank you much to whomever at eBay solved this issue.  This IT employee or team likely: solved this problem with little fanfare, nor with much in the way of salary & bennies.  Some folks just know how to make things happen, even if their boss steals their red Swingline.

PROBLEM SOLVED BY UNKNOWN PERSON OR TEAM.
