We receive best offer notices on the app, but they are not being received via email today since 9:15AM MST. We are receiving messages when an item sells, but not offer or counter offer emails. We also receive our responses to questions, but new questions have not been received since about 10:20AM MST (which is strange, however we aren't certain there have been any new ones, whereas we're certain we're not getting the offer emails). We've checked with our mail host & there are no issues with them. We assume it's a glitch or delay on eBay's side in sending them?

I had 2 customers contact me to let me know they can't submit/ accept best offers today. There seems to be a glitch with Offers System.

I was receiving offers still, just not the emails for them (only through the phone app did I know there were offers). All the emails started coming through at about 6:20 PM MST last night, along with several email questions that were sent much earlier in the day (we would check the website ebay message inbox throughout the day & they didn't come through when they were actually sent there either). Assuming a glitch in ebays mail server that is hopefully back to working fine today. Customers don't like it when we don't get back to them until the next day when asking a question early in the day, so hopefully not something that happens often.

They’ve been having this problem for a couple months now. I’ve tried calling eBay but the reps don’t know anything. It’s because they are doing updates and changes to the platform. It’s affecting all current listings etc.

This just happened to me yesterday. Buyer made an offer, I received the email.
I made a counter offer, the buyer accepted it, but I received no email.
Offer has now expired. I wrote to the buyer to explain that I would have accepted if I had known they made the offer.
