BUG!!!!!! Sales Record Search Technical Problem.

The user has multiple orders. Sellers need to be able to see them all at the same time. They have been marked shipped (they're packed and on the way out the door as soon as the records are double-checked to make sure everything has been included).

 

• Go to MANAGE ALL ORDERS and put the Username in the Search.

 

When you click Search it goes to ORDERS AWAITING SHIPMENT  and says there are no search results.

 

• Go back to ALL ORDERS, put Username in Search.

 

Again, it goes to ORDERS AWAITING SHIPMENT and says there are no search results.

 

It should not be switching from ALL ORDERS to ORDERS AWAITING SHIPMENT.

 


Since the buyer made multiple purchases (paid separately), the sales record or order number cannot be substituted for the username in the search.

 

 

It is persistent and repeatable and NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
