I don't normally use all caps but in this case it's warranted. I was listing all day yesterday with classic view, stepped away for an hour for dinner, and returned to find my screen all messed up.

1) Unable to get back to classic view, and when I click on "my eBay" it takes me to my watched items or overview.

2) I can't find anything, listings are all over the place in random order, have to click in half a dozen places to see all my items.

3) Can't see how many views or watchers I have on any items.

4) When I try to sell something, I get a generic page that won't let me select a category.

5) I can't see how many listings I have left for the month, but if this isn't fixed, I'll end up forfeiting them.

What a mess!! Why was there no warning -- or even discussion -- about changing things? It appears from the notes I've read this morning that A LOT of sellers feel the same way. Why mess with something that obviously worked for so many? We should at least be given the option. Selling, if you do it properly, is time-consuming on the best of days, but will be nearly impossible if we have to contend with this system. I have been relying on selling more than ever over the past year to make money to pay bills (no job due to the pandemic) and feel sick thinking about having to deal with this mishmash.

EBay, listen to your sellers. We generate business for you. Make it easy for us to do so. Give us the option of returning to use the classic view and its easy way of tracking our listings, sales, etc.

AMEN. 100% agree!! With each change ebay makes, sellers are becoming more and more frustrated. No sellers, no ebay.

Need Classic. I HATE this overview mode. It's terrible.

I thought it was just me! I am so frustrated. I am almost 70 and can't find anything. Why mess with something that worked???

I agree. Found the classic view gone, and the mess this morning 😞 Briefly went on customer chat & expressed my dislike, then quickly left the chat knowing I wouldn't get helpful or satisfactory answers. Its always this way. Change things, then we all have to adapt. Waste of time trying to speak with reps, because they don't care. Anyway ... the best thing I have found to do so far is look for the selling tab on the right side of computer (don't know about doing this stuff on phones), select active which at least shows item for sale, then clicked the banner type icon to the right of screen name to save active as my home page. I'm sure I will have to re-learn more ... Agggghhh 😞

Just got off the phone with an Ebay rep, even she said she found it confusing and didn't like it. So there you go, it seems this was designed by people who never use Ebay

Maybe this is why the listing page is still unresponsive after 3 days! ???

I cannot list anything!

My page has not changed yet, it sounds horrible!

Has anyone found that listing suddenly works after changing from classic view or is it even still too confusing to use?

Wow! Why does eBay keep changing things that really work good. I have been selling on eBay since December 1996. I loved the Classic View, and it was easy for me to navigate around my eBay site. This Seller Hub view is horrible. Who ever designed this should be fired. Come On eBay please return or give us the option to use the "Classic View"

You can still go onto the selling page BUT be warned...they changed the layout of that too and you are NOT going to like it either,

If you go 3/4 down the seller's hub page you will find Selling Tools. At the bottom, you can opt out of seller's hub:

NOW...the old selling page that we loved has been replaced by this:

It does remind me alot of the seller's HUB...

You will now have to click onto a separate page to see active, another to see sold, another to see unsold, another to see drafts, another to see...well...you get the picture...

Hello,

Something drove ebay to this horror of an useless page for sellers, but I don't know what it could be. Very large sellers need this? Because now it takes more time going round and round to find the information I need to print, ship, message the buyer, get data, ect. Very, very unuser friendly and is a waste of cyberspace. Seems to me ebay does not listen and is more like one big bot coming our way. Is there anybody out there running this machine? If so, and in this case, i'd like to rage against it! My ebay page was streamlined. You get on, get it all done from one page and move on. Now...well...you know the story.

I know! If eBay can screw things up they usually find a way to do it. I have also found if you contact support, you always get a tech from the Philippines and they don't know how to fix anything. They just keep apologizing, and give you the same old bull if you can understand what they are saying.

I agree just completely awful, font is awful tiny text if you zoom in then you have half the page, like an excel sheet almost. How in the world they looked at this and said hmmm oh ya this is a winner. Just idiots with nothing to do.
