Afternoon Folk,
I have ran across an issue since about a month ago. When listing auction style listings, I no longer have the tiny little box after "return option" and before "shipping details" that will allow my items to be relisted up to 8 times. I have reached out to customer service on the phone and receive no help at all. They tell me that this option has been removed from eBay, which I know is false because I have friends who use it. Therefore, I am using my monthly listing credits on relisting items that do not sell.....not cool!
Please let me know if anyone has any information in regards to this topic, or if it is happening to anyone else?
Thank you!

Yes, this happened to me as well. Went around with CS twice, on the 3rd time made sure to ask for someone in tech to help with a glitch. Sounds like they turned it off for everyone since it was glitching (I think I read a post where the auto relist was charging someone for the free relists). On Friday they said they would reactivate it for me that it would take up to 3 days, don't know if they meant actual or business, but it hasn't shown up for me yet.

I have talked to multiple customer service reps, all which tell me a different answer as to why this issue is happening to me. The most recent excuse I was given was because I sell too many items, so, my account was categorized as a "business" account, meaning I am no longer allowed to utilize the auto relist feature. I feel like every time I talk to CS my issue becomes worse because I feel as I am being lied to. It would make no sense for eBay to penalize someone for selling "too many items" only because the people whom sell the most items, make the most money FOR eBay.
Now every time a seller neglects to pay for something they won, I have to use one of my monthly listings to relist that item. If my account was tossed into some made up domain they call "business" accounts then it would make most sense for me to simply make a new account so I can utilize the auto relist feature again.....
