It just means you need to sign back in to the community pages -- open another tab and use the sign-in link. If you have your settings set to keep you signed in on your account site preferences page, hitting the link should be enough; you may not even need to enter credentials. Sometimes reloading the page is enough.
Before you submit your post, check to make sure your username appears at the top and there is no error showing.
[Easier said than done -- I just had to recreate this post after not checking and getting that same error. The autosave saved the first three lines only. Saved drafts can be found at the bottom of your profile page if you lose track of where you were posting after following that "Return" link.]
I find using the back button to be more reliable than the "return" link, perhaps because I have many open tabs.
This problem cropped up several months ago, then went away. Now it appears to be back.

They have a long un addressed glitch that bumps you out of community. After signing in if you go to your profile and scroll down in the drafts section all or some of your reply will be there. Usually it will be the text that was present when the error occurred logging you out.
it would be interesting to know if some eBay rep is going into accounts when they should not be looking at users information and postings and bumping them out due to exceeding the number of users logged into the community on the same account.
