Are shipping services down today?

Trying to ship a package to a address in Texas but website says no services available.

Keep reloading the page, I had to do it 7-8 times before it came up and I could get my label.

Based on the number of other posts, it appears to be a serious glitch.

I spoke with a representative a few minutes ago.  They told me they are opening a ticket as the rep was not aware of.
