Hello, there is a big bug.. The Chrome App don't work, Msg ERR_NOT NETWORK_ PROXY ...after many days if found the problem.. STAR VPN control the proxy and block it.. all the apps needs the Proxy automatically from web.. So i disable STAR VPN and Ebay and other Apps works fine.. not even Ebay's technician has found these situation in they app.. and others... Hope you can make a white list of proxys for Apps...
Note: It means that anything that you use Apps, Extension or whatever, if they modify the proxy, the apps won't work.
