I have been using the app to post listings. It was working great for a couple weeks until tonight. When I make a new listing it asks for me to fill out the shipping, everything's blank. I can't actually even fill it out until I go to the section below it and fill in my zip code.
So each listing I have to fill out my zip code, then go to shipping and then I can fill out shipping. Shipping is not just auto selecting 8oz and random package dimensions, such as 10x7x2 or something.
I'm not 100% sure if it's not auto filling in anything else.
This all started happening after I changed my notifications settings last night, started 2 factor authentication, went on to the seller hub on my pc and made my first and only listing through the hub. It was a variations listing. I then edited the variations listing by adding a picture through the phone app. That's everything I have done that may or may not have anything to do with this.
I have gone into the settings in my phone and checked my ship from address. It is there and correct. I event entered it again, but it didn't affect the listing zip code being empty.
If there's anything else I can try I'd appreciate some help. Using the app and having this extra steps are annoying.
