Tried to contact them directly by phone and also by email for the last week, with no response to either way of communications. I've had problems before, but have had communications back with previous problems. So not hearing back made me think maybe it isn't operating any longer. Anyone else have any info???
I was worried about something like that. Especially since I wasn't getting any response at all. I guess now will be the search to find another way to see if we can recognize duplicates. Thanks for your reply.
