Anyone else not able to list?

I'm trying to make new listings but it seems to just come up with an error message saying Ebay's server is down and so I cant even draft new listings. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm in North America - east coast if that makes a difference! Cheers Vintagebelle

Have you tried using "Sell Similar" from another listing?   then just make all the necessary edits/changes for the new information.

I have not or have anything listed, and it will only let me create drafts. When I go to post it wants me to open business acct. I am just an individual not a business and the items I am listing are all under 12.00. What do I do and sorry about your problem. Maybe we can get some help here!

You and the OP are encountering completely different issues. You might consider starting your own thread about your difficulties.

My guess is your problem involves enrollment in eBay's Managed Payments program, so you may want to post your thread on the Payments board.
