Hello:
I'm trying to use the express payout option today, and I keep getting the red bar error message at top of page stating that something went wrong--try again. I spoke to Cust Serv Rep and she said that she received notice that they were having problems a few days ago. Anybody else having trouble? If so, please advise. Thanks.
