“All lists” has disappeared

I signed into both US and Canadian eBay sites, but the “all lists” option has vanished. Like many, I have watched items divided up into several different subject or theme lists. Since the total is more than 200, the regular watch list isn’t useful to us. So, we go to “all lists.”

I’ve noticed that this has been a problem in the past, too. I am assuming that this will be fixed this time, too? Or is this a way to discourage purchasing or limit watching?

Re: “All lists” has disappeared

It appears that eBay has finally completely removed the All Lists page, approximately two and a half years after removing all the links to that page from the site.

I suspected this might happen when the All Lists page began having problems deleting items a couple of months ago and users starting complaining to eBay that the page was not working correctly.

You can bookmark each of your individual lists to get to them without having to go through your Watch List page first.

I do not know of another way to combine all lists into one so that you can see which items in each list are ending soonest.

I am considering reorganizing my lists -- putting all auction items on my Watch List to make it easy to see which items are ending soonest when using a phone -- and putting Buy-It-Now items on other lists.

Re: “All lists” has disappeared

Thanks for your suggestions. I had already saved as bookmarks my lists in the “classic” view because the new (as of 2 years ago!) views gave me a headache. (They still do.) Those aren’t working now, either, so time to reorganize as you are doing.

Re: “All lists” has disappeared

I'm having the same issue. I really hope they didn't remove it. That's literally the only way I check all the items I'm watching. Why in the world would Ebay make it more difficult for us to check on all the lists we are following? I don't know if I'm going to continue using Ebay if they don't restore this. This makes it super cumbersome to comb through all the things on all the different lists that I am watching.

It seems to be working for me again at them moment. I'm guessing (and hoping) it's just a bug.

Well, I spoke to soon. It went back down again after working for just a moment.

Re: “All lists” has disappeared

same problem here; I took to the “tell us what you think” linked page to vent (same thoughts as follow thedragon92), but is anyone listening or caring?

the more disparate my lists the more likely I’ll miss out on bidding (I tend to bid late in the auction & like to watch lots of auctions, too many for the watch list to handle),so consequently less money for the sellers & ebay, you think they’d at least care about that...

So well done to their business deterrent team, wonder what their shareholders think?

Re: “All lists” has disappeared

it is infuriating & I have lost about half a dozen things I couldn't find until they were finished. I keep lists for a reason & this is going to cost sellers dear as well as aggravate buyers. I now am having to keep various tabs up with my most important lists which is only half working as I have alot of other things I need to be doing too. Some fool that create this &   a few other things is acting like ebay is making more money the longer people are on the site which isn't the case. People don't have the time  & intent to spend on anything like that & won't buy whatever junk they are trying to promote instead.

Re: “All lists” has disappeared

I can no longer view all of my lists in one place either.  Why would they do this at the busiest shopping time of the year, especially in a year when online shopping is the only option for many?  Do they just not want us to do our Christmas shopping on eBay?

Re: “All lists” has disappeared

This happened to me and maybe many, many ebay users several days ago. You can't view the All Lists, and Ended items page. You only have access to the Watch List, or other lists you have which require additional steps which is kind of annoying. I really hope these problems are just temporary and that ebay will function like before.

Re: “All lists” has disappeared

Yep, and it's not just you.  There are several threads here already regarding the (once-again) missing "All Lists" from the Watchlist page...and rightly so.  And it's more than just a minor annoyance, IMO.  Since the "update" I've missed out on numerous items I was going to bid on, because they were missing from "new" default Watchlist.  This also has the effect of sellers not getting as many eyes on their listings, especially in the crucial final hours/minutes, thereby decreasing gross revenue for both sellers and eBay.  Completely short-sighted move, and that's putting it mildly...

Does anybody know if this is a problem that Ebay will correct.  As with others, this is more than an annoyance.
