All items that I shipped using eBay Standard Envelope with tracking and insurance sent on August 2 have not arrived. Tracking shows them as being Accepted on August 2. Buyers have asked for refunds and in two case I have sent refunds. Since these have a $20 insurance how am I do receive the refund from eBay?
