The add tracking button pop up window doesn't load on the "Manage orders awaiting shipment" section it just keeps pinwheeling, see pic. It will however load on the "view order details page". Super frustrating..
A lot of sellers are reporting this. Is there a site wide tech ticket yet devon@ebay ?
On my end, if you click "add tracking number" from the Actions drop-down menu I see the same results @mrsellitking of a blank white pop-up and ever spinning wheel.
But typically I just click the add tracking link below the item without going through the Actions menu - that still works fine.
Yup, same thing here, which is what brought me back to the boards after 2 months. This is how I combine shipping & it suddenly doesn't work 😞
There's a somewhat-convoluted work around that @pjcdn2005 posted in one of the other threads that did work for me, but it required a several more clicks & screens I don't normally use. I never would have found it as I almost never touch the Order Details screen. Not sure if it was intentional, but it's way more complicated than it used to be.
Go to the Order Detail screen by clicking the order number & when you click in there, you'll see 'additional options' or something like that, under the Buy Label button. Do the drop down there & you'll see 'add tracking number'.
I'll try @stainlessenginecovers method next time. Sounds easier than what I had to do.
I sure hope they don't 'fix' it by removing the broken link, as the "Add Tracking" button is how I've done it since SH came into existence.

Hey @wastingtime101! I have not seen any tickets open for this as of this morning but let me get this reported and sent over to the Shipping team and I will update you if I get anymore insight on this.
